1. Stake Holders:- Member of SKDRDP, Self-help group and their family members, staff members of SKDRDP and Shree Kshethra       Dharmasthal Institutions and their family members, can register under the scheme for 12 months commencing from 1st April to be renewed      every year by paying specified contribution. Family will be given the Registration form cum policy document to be preserved and produced      to the hospitals whenever requires admission and cashless treatment facility.
2. Shree Kshethra Dharmasthal Rural Development Project(SKDRDP):- Every year during February-March      SKDRDP will register     the members     to the scheme through its village level field staff and collect contribution. Registered members      record is maintained at     SKDRDP office.     Arrangement is made for providing Cashless treatment in designated net-    work hospitals.      Cashless treatment claims     from hospitals are     processed and submitted to the Insurer, who will reimburse the amount to  SKDRDP.      Settlement of hospital bills by     SKDRDP.
3. The Insurer: SKDRDP has insured for hospitalization expenses of the Suraksha members with ICICI Lombard General Insurance
